MARY and ELIZABETH Mentoring Relationship Questionaire

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help our AAPI sisters to engage in a covenantal mentoring relationship and be connected with one another. The AAPIC Mary/Elizabeth Ministry hopes to offer mentoring and prayerful encouragement to those who are discerning for ordained ministry as well as those who are currently serving in ministry, yet seeking broader networking. This mentoring ministry is not meant to duplicate mentor programs already provided by some conferences.

This questionnaire enables you to share your needs and where you are in the process so we can better connect you with our AAPI sisters and find a right match between the Mentor and the Mentee. Please answer these questions to the best of your knowledge. If you feel uncomfortable with any of the question, please feel free to go to the next question. Again, our hope is that we can be in solidarity with each other through mentoring and mutual support.
